First-time users can enter their customer ID number in both the username and password fields to login. The customer ID number is above your mailing address on the carrier sheet that accompanies each issue. Here is an example:

After you've logged in, you may want to change your username and password. Follow this link, enter your customer ID number in both username and password fields, and click my profile in the upper right-hand corner. You will be able to change your username and password as well as update your email and mailing addresses.
